The MLK Wrestling team decided to bleach their hair a couple of weeks ago in preparation for the Regional and State wrestling meets. The wrestling captain got his sister (a hair stylist) to come to practice. When it came time for Brandon, she took one look at him and said his hair was too long. So before they bleached it, he got buzzed. Trust me when I say this was NOT a good look for him!
The whole team, including the coach, bleached their hair in a show of team spirit and dedication.
When Brandon was eliminated at Regionals, we immediately dyed his hair back to a somewhat natural color. I picked up a hair color kit that was actually darker than my hair, but because of the bleach, his hair was very resistant to the color. We left it on for the maximum time, and here is how it turned out:
